Terms of Service

As a wholesale account you agree to the following:

  1. All distributors are required to sell at our MSRP, any distributor selling at a discount larger than 15% will immediately forfeit their account.  You are able to discount items to 20% after having them on hand for 60 days.
  2. Any forfeited account will need to wait 365 days to re-apply.
  3. No sales on discount/deal sites unless the design is an exclusive/custom design specifically to your store and approved by management.
  4. Our stock photos are available for use, absolutely no unauthorized use of Hazel Blues vendors photos.
  5. Our designs are copyrighted.  If we find that our designs have been reproduced, we will take legal action.
  6. We do not have a MOQ for our items.  This means you are able to purchase singles of items are needed.
  7. All items will ship when they are in stock, unless you pay for a separate shipping charge for in stock items.  If you would like to split your order, you can email us at info@hazelblues.com to request a split shipment.
  8. All in stock items will ship out within 3-5 business days.  
  9. If an item is received damaged, you must email with 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to info@hazelblues.com.  We will then replace or refund the item if there is not a replacement.
  10. Any approved returns will be issued store credit only.  If needing to return an order, you must get approval within 7 days of delivery.  We are not responsible for return shipping charges. 
  11. We do accept returns/exchanges for Synclogic orders.  If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the item within 7 days.  We will replace the item for the customer or issue a credit/refund if the item is no longer in stock. 
  12. For your account to stay active, you must purchase at least $500 every 3 months.

We reserve the right to close any account at any time, for any reason without advanced notification.

We reserve the right to refuse business to anyone.
